PROCESS / 01Shape the starting point.
Build the core geometry with a forming route matched to the material and part. Two in-house 36B cold formers support production, with additional forming capacity available through manufacturing partners.
PROCESS / 02Bring every feature together.
Turning, milling, drilling and grinding add the profiles and functional features your drawing requires. The machining route is selected around the geometry, material and production quantity.
PROCESS / 03Make the connection.
External thread rolling and internal tapping complete threaded components. Thread form, fit and the relevant gauge requirements are reviewed against the drawing.
PROCESS / 04Check what matters.
Dimensional, profile, surface and thread checks support production verification. The inspection plan starts with your critical features and required documentation.
